The Café opened its doors on the 1st of January 1998 and our mission since is to celebrate relationships and we often have observed that people hang out here not because they are coffee drinkers but because of the inherent desire ‘to know’ and’ be known’, ‘to love’ and ‘be loved’. Everyone longs for a place to go to after work besides home, where life and its issues don’t stare at our face. The novelty of the place lies in the unique combination of music, laughter, food and relationships. It is the freedom to be real. This truth has driven us to open our doors more often that originally envisioned.

We at the Unwind Center believe and take the message, that good music can be enjoyed and savored with no strings attached. The Center emphasizes on a smoke-free, alcohol-free, and sexual innuendoes-free zone.

Friday’s at the Unwind Café is an opportunity to interact with professional musicians, meet other artists, display talent, strengthen musical abilities, to mature and to grow. We promote musicians and young talents, giving an opportunity to perform during our “Live 1o1” events every Friday. It is the one-stop for people who are looking for some neat, unadulterated music.

Cafe Music stage, is a small stage in front of the cafe for any one of you to come and perform and expand your web to nurture fans and ideas to start bands. The strength of the cafe is to meet many musicians who are in the town and also to see many young talents of the School of Music.
