• The competition is open to college and high-school students. Members of a band need not necessarily be from the same college.
• Participants have to register with their valid college/school IDs.
• Last date for registration is 27th September 2007.
• There is a non-refundable registration fee of  Rs.50 per band member.
• Offensive / vulgar band names or lyrics in any language are not allowed and are liable for disqualification.
• A participant will not be allowed to play for more than one band.
• Only selected bands / artistes will be allowed to participate. The organizers reserve the right to the selection of the bands.
• Members of the selected bands / artistes get free entry for all four shows of the series.
• Each band / artist will be given a time limit of 20 minutes plus 5 minutes for setup.
• Guitars, Cables and Drum sticks will NOT be provided by the organizers.
• Any stage equipment damaged by irresponsible usage will be charged to the band.
• The organizers are not responsible for any liabilities that may occur during the course of the event to the participants or the crowd.
• Judges' decisions are final.
• The Unwind Center expects every participant to abide by its values of no smoking, no drugs, alcohol or indecent behaviour at or before the shows. Failure to abide by these values will result in immediate disqualification at any time.
