LIVE 101 (since 2001):

Weekly Live 1o1 concerts as an artistic space for amateur bands/word artists to perform every Friday.

The concept was new and every Friday’s show-flow was not planned – that was the spice of the evening. It turned out that soon there would be amateur musicians performing and professional, highly paid musicians would walk up on stage and jam with them, impromptu. The culture was taking shape and the fruit of the exercise – Original Music!! That amazing phenomenon took all the critics by a storm! It was an uncommon thing to not perform covers, and yet the bands took to writing new material and scorching new trails!
Many a band that has made it to the top, did find themselves in the Live 101 itinerary sometime or the other.  No idea, Null Friction, Nerverek, Skrat, Black listed, Subject to Change and a few hundred more.…
